Introduction

Thanks for visiting Farda Technology.  The following text states our privacy policy.  We hereby describe our practices of collecting and publishing information from our site.  In summary, we won't use any of the information we collect through our web site for any purpose other than providing you with the information you either request or is related to the relationship between you and us as our customer.

Confidentiality of user's information

Farda Technology respects the confidential nature of your information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail, and phone number.  We are completely responsible of protecting this information against misuse, because we need to collect some of this information in order to provide you with our services.  All the information of this kind which is given to us by the customers are safe kept in a secure place inaccessible to anyone other than Farda Technology technical staff.  We may contact our customers from time to time about our services through e-mail or phone calls.  This will be performed in a way respectful to the privacy of our customers.  Any of our customers who explicitly requests us to be put off of the list of customers we will contact, by means of sending us an e-mail message, will immediately be erased from that list, and will not be contacted any more by us in this respect.  All of our customers can access the information we publish at our web site without revealing any of their personal information.  Farda Technology might maintain a number of mailing lists through which the users can receive information related to our services.  The e-mail addresses of our customers used for this purpose will only be kept in that list, and will not be disclosed to any third party.  Should at any time any of the users subscribed to one of some of those mailing lists decide to not receive any further information in this way, they can unsubscribe from that list themselves.  We will never disclose any of our customer's information to any third party for commercial purposes, except when the customer explicitly requests this.  However, we will disclose some of this information to the parties indicated by law in case of a law requiring us to do so.

Web site administration

Our servers do not collect, trace, or publish our visitor's personal information automatically.  They, however, recognize domain names and IP addresses automatically, but no further information such as a visitor's name or e-mail address which enables us to identify the visitor in person will not be collected by our servers.  In addition, our servers collect other general statistical information stating the statistics of user visits of some or all of our web site's pages.  This information might include the number of visits of a certain page or the country of the visitors of a certain page.  This information will be used by our web site's engineers to ensure optimum performance of the site.  We might occasionally publish overall statistics of the number of visitors of our web site, but the published information will not provide any means of identifying each visitor.

Customer's information

We collect extensive information of our customers during their signup process.  We also collect confidential information to contact our customers, which will only used for internal processing and administering the services offered to our customers.  Such information will never be published on our web site, and will not under any circumstances be disclosed to any third parties.  During the signup process, customers may inform us of their willingness to receive occasional news about our new services and products.  This information will be sent to them through e-mail.  In such circumstances, all of the e-mails will be sent from Farda Technology, and our customer's contact information will not be disclosed to any of our affiliates.  Farda Technology will never disclose any of this personal information to any third parties, except where required by the law to do so.  Farda Technology might occasionally send the customers who have subscribed in our mailing lists information about our services, which will be for informational or marketing reasons only.
